What do I need to do to personalize my birthday invitation order? TOP
Once you've made your purchase, please E-mail me at klj77@hotmail.com with the following items:
- High-resolution photos. I'll need at least 4 photos including 1 full-body photo if purchasing a design that has a cutout photo in the name. Feel free to send more than 4 if you're not sure what would work best.
- Child's name & age to be.
- Party info (date, time, address, RSVP, etc.)
- Font choices. Click HERE to view available fonts.
- Verse/wording to be used. You can use the wording on the sample (if applicable), come up with your own wording, or I can help you come up with something.
- Any special requests.

- Party info (date, time, address, RSVP, hosted by, etc.)
- Registry info
- Font choices. Click HERE to view available fonts.
- Verse/wording to be used. You can use the wording on the sample (if applicable), choose your own wording, or I can help you come up with something.
- Any special requests.
Do I get to see a proof before my order is printed? TOP
YES! I will e-mail you a proof usually within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner depending on my current workload. I do not print anything until I have received your final approval to print, so please ensure that everything is correct and to your satisfaction before approving. (Hint: Check your spam folder if you haven't received an E-mail from me after some time.)
How far in advance should I place my order? TOP
The turnaround time varies according to order size, communication between us, and my current workload. The quicker you can get everything to me in order to start on your order as well as replying to me in a timely manner, the quicker I can get a proof E-mailed to you. As a guideline, I would allow yourself 2 weeks to receive your items. I do my best to accommodate all requests and time frames, but the more time to leave yourself to order, the less stressed we'll both be! :) Do you accept rush orders? TOP
I do my best to accommodate rush order requests. Please E-mail me prior to ordering to ensure that I can deliver the products to you in time.
Shipping info. TOP
I ship all orders USPS via Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes approx. 3 business days to receive within the U.S. Currently, I ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and charge a flat rate no matter the order size ($4.80 within U.S. / $11.95 for international). For countries not listed, please inquire before ordering. I do offer a digital file of the invitation to customers worldwide that is sent via E-mail ($19.95). You can then print them at home yourself or take the file to a printing service. Contact me to order. Please ensure that the shipping address provided to me is correct in order to avoid delivery problems. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for re-shipping, as well as provide me with a valid shipping address.
What is your return policy? TOP
As all of my products are custom designs, I cannot accept returns. I will work with you to make sure you're happy with the proof before printing. Please be sure to check for accuracy in the proof so that you won't be disappointed by receiving an item with errors or typos. You're responsible for ensuring that everything is correct before I print your order!
Copyright info. TOP
I retain the copyright to all of my original creations including designs, layouts, and verses. Some graphics are copyrighted by other artists/companies and are to be used for the intended purpose only. I do not own the copyright to the licensed character graphics, but according to fair use law you're granted a one-time personal use of those images. If purchasing the digital media, you agree not use the graphics/design elements for any other purpose or make them available to others.
